Welcome to the North Ormesby Minstrels

Stepping Out- 2002

"Stepping Out" which enjoyed a successful run at the Duke of Yorks Theatre, is a warm and very funny play about the lives, laughs and loves of a group of women(and one man) attending a weekly tap-dance class in a dingy North London church hall. As the play prgoresses, and they struggle to prepare their performance for a grand charity show, we get to know them better - and the reasons why the class is so important to each of them. Voted Comedy of the Year by the Evening Standard Drama Awards in 1984.
